This hotel, located on the picturesque shores of Lake Mausz, exemplifies a conscious and responsible approach to contemporary architecture.
The main objective was to minimise the environmental impact of the investment while maintaining high functional and aesthetic standards. The horizontal form, discreetly nestled among tall trees, blends with the shoreline. Natural materials — wood, glass, and steel — harmonise with the surrounding landscape, while glazed façades open the interior towards the lake, providing guests with a direct connection to nature.
Prefabrication
A key aspect of the project is the use of modern prefabrication technologies, which shorten the construction time, reduce noise and emissions, and limit disturbance to the local ecosystem during building works, all while ensuring high precision of structural elements.
