The conceptual revitalization project for the Madison Shopping Center includes proposals for redesigning the interiors of the shopping gallery’s common areas and a minor intervention into the building’s external massing.

The central space was treated as an urban living room, where retail seamlessly blends with services, gastronomy, and leisure areas. Light, natural materials dominate the design, creating a welcoming atmosphere and emphasizing the openness of the interiors.

An additional element of the project is the proposed Panorama Restaurant on the fourth floor (+4 level). This glazed volume, which offers views of the Old and Main City skyline, is situated on the existing roof structure, directly above the main entrance to the shopping gallery.
