Competition design for a model multi-family residential building. The concept proposes a residential complex encouraging social interaction among residents and users.

On a 100×70 m plot, five four-storey buildings are arranged along a north-south axis in a comb-like layout to ensure optimal daylight. A semi-private courtyard with greenery and a playground creates a sense of community.

Apartment layouts are based on a clear separation between day and night zones. Kitchens and kitchenettes are always positioned with direct access to natural light. Ground-floor apartments have private gardens, while upper floors feature balconies.

The project meets accessibility standards for all user groups, including the elderly and persons with disabilities.

The design employs prefabrication technology, reducing construction time and labour costs. The estimated construction cost (excluding land and external infrastructure) was under 2000 PLN/m² net (2019 prices). Prefabricated slabs, exterior walls, and staircases were used to achieve this efficiency.
