The project envisions the construction of ten apartments on the site of a former water equipment warehouse, located directly on the shore of the picturesque Lake Mausz, in the heart of Kashubia. The concept assumes the creation of an intimate, boutique complex that successfully merges modern architecture with a deep respect for the natural landscape.
The project’s objective was to achieve a balance between recreational use and respect for the natural environment of the protected Kashubian landscape. The design stipulates the preservation of existing mature trees and the introduction of diverse, native greenery. Crucially, all apartments are designed to maximize visual connection to the lake and the surrounding natural environment.
